I remember myself when I was getting in the car, started to drive but without knowing where I was going. I had few things to do but I didn’t know where to start and finish. So, this had as a result to spend more fuel by driving around pointless, lost more time and not achieving to execute my tasks. Next day I managed to do what I had on my to do list but after few hours I was so stressed and not able to breathe! I was sitting on the sofa and still feeling like running! If I knew what i really wanted, why I wanted it and when I wanted it then I wouldn’t lose time and fuel! When we are aware of what we want, why we want it and when we want it then we have more peace in mind and we are able to think clearly with mindfulness. We also save money and time.
